1) What is included in a house cleaning/housekeeping visit?

-  Every visit is cutomizable to meet your individual needs. You can download a cleaning checklist to leave for your housekeeper.

2) What does your move-out cleaning service include?

3) Are you bonded and insured?

- Yes and we're compliant with Compliance Depot and Vendor Verify

4) How long does a typical house cleaning take?

- A typical house cleaning service can take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours and is customizable to meet your needs, so it could take less time if needed.

5) How long does a typical move-out or move-in clean take?

- On average it takes 9-10 hours to complete a move-out clean properly and that is depending on the condition of the house upon arrival. 

6) How do you bid a job?

- We can come to your home and give you an estimate, but if you would prefer we can give you a quote over the phone.

7) Do you bring your own supplies and chemicals?

- Yes, everything that is needed to complete the job is brought to your house by our cleaners. 

8) What forms of payment do you take?

- We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

9) Do you provide a cleaning checklist for move-out cleans?

- Yes, all move-out cleans will have a checklist and customers will be called prior to or upon completion to perform a walk thru and collection of payment. 

10) What if I would like less cleaning hours than the minimum eight cleaning hours required for a move-out clean?

- Please call the office and we may ask that you provide a punch list of items that you want cleaned prioritized from top to bottom and that upon completion of the cleaning you perform a walk thru of the property.

11) What if I can't be there on the scheduled day of service?

- We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice on all skips, cancellations and rescheduling of service. If no notice is given then the customer may be subject to a $25 fee. This fee covers the cost of employees labor and company paid drive time to and from the customers home.
